As if giving a kiss, pucker your lips. Relax your lips after 10
minutes. Repeat this for about five times. Then open mouth and stick
you tongue out to one side of your mouth. Hold it for ten seconds on
both sides of your mouth. This should also be done five times.
Try to touch your nose with the tip of your tongue. Do this five
times for twenty seconds each. As quickly as you possibly can, open
and close your mouth rapidly. At the highest possible volume, sing out
loud the vowel sounds (a, e, I, o, u). Try and get into a diet that
will cause you to loose excessive weight. Do not starve yourself, but
